This project includes a new addition of a 550 square foot income apartment and a one car garage. Also being renovated is the home's existing exterior facade.
This 1,800 square foot total house renovation of a 1970's simple ranch style home with a new 400 square foot master bedroom addition. The renovated home's open floor plan is appointed with contemporary finishes; including cabinetry, hardwood floors, tile and lighting. The use of large glass door sets connects outdoor and indoor environments and spaces. The rebuild included the replacement of all the major building systems including electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
This property was originally a 1,500 square foot home. An entire home renovation was done which included a 750 square foot addition. Vaulting the core kitchen and living room ceilings, complete interior renovation and converting the 1 bath, 3-bedroom home into a 3.5 bath, 3-bedroom home. Exterior work includes zero-scape plantings, a new entry court, complete pool renovation and a cabana. Total build out 2,250 square feet.
This property was originally a 2,425 square foot home. The extra-large 500 square foot garage was reconfigured into a second bathroom and walk-in closet for a "dual master bedroom" home. Through design and development the separated Casita was also recognized by the city as a leasable Casita. Total build out 2,925 square feet.
